Can I use my existing email?
In most cases we can set up a forward from your portfolio address to your existing email, keeping your inbox happy.
I have hosting already, can I still get an ADA Portfolio?
Indeed you can. We'll install one right on your server. Contact us at info@ADAPortfolios.com to discuss purchasing the portfolio outright.
Will my reel work?
Our media page supports Quicktime(mov, mp4) and Flash (flv). In fact you can post video on every page if you like.
How will I update pages?
Our ADA Admin is very similar to your website, but in addition to seeing your normal content there are buttons to let you make changes to that content. A sandbox where you can play with this is coming soon.
Can I customize my portfolio?
The portfolios are designed to be flexible to people's taste, but you may want you site to look a bit different than it does 'out of the box'. Our designers are on hand to assist you in customizing your portfolio at competitive rates. Simply contact us. You can see examples of customized sites at AddisonDesignAssociates.com. Please note that not all these sites are also ADA Portfolios.
Can I cancel my portfolio?
Yes. You may cancel at any time. Simply email info@adaportfolios.com with your name and your domain name and we'll cancel the portfolio before the following month. Note that you'll lose the content of the website as well.
